Although weight loss can improve OSA outcomes, additional effective therapeutic options are needed. Tirzepatide, a dual glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, has shown promise in promoting significant weight loss and reducing OSA severity.
